Careers at MATRIX CHAT
Build tools people can trust.
We are interested in careful builders who value privacy, clear evidence, controlled rollout, and systems that fail safely.
Introduce yourself
01
Privacy is architecture
It is built into data flow, retention, identity, and operational decisions—not added as a slogan.
02
Evidence over confidence
We separate what is planned, what is implemented, and what has been independently verified.
03
Humans stay in command
Automation supports operators; consequential changes keep explicit approval and rollback paths.
